Shipping & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return a product, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Returns Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days from the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please leave detailed info with your return. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

– You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped products. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).

– Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packaging.

– Before making a return, please contact our customer support at sales@slickndestroy.com.

Our 30-day return policy states that you have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping
We ship using USPS, Fedex carriers. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times changes based on shipping method selected and country of destination. We ship worldwide.

Billing Terms and Conditions
We accept payments by VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. It is mandatory to provide a valid billing and shipping address. Orders might be delayed when billing and shipping addresses are different.
